Project Overview
AURA Architecture developed the renovation, extension and reconfiguration of 42 Nevern Square, transforming a deteriorated building and unusable flats into 18 high-quality urban homes.
Design & Planning Strategy
The design responds to an existing period building in a sensitive central London setting, improving accommodation, functionality and spatial quality while making careful use of the existing structure and extension opportunities.
Development Value & Outcome
Reconfigured layouts, improved circulation and carefully integrated extensions create a more efficient building while retaining an appropriate architectural relationship with its Earl’s Court context.
