Project Overview
AURA Architecture is transforming a complex High Street site in Marlow into eight residential apartments, combining an 18th-century Grade II listed building with later office and former dance-studio accommodation.
Design & Planning Strategy
The project coordinates heritage, energy performance, building regulations and modern residential standards, including conservation-sensitive window work, varied floor build-ups, insulation, fire safety and accessible accommodation.
Development Value & Outcome
The scheme creates a mix of two-bedroom, one-bedroom and wheelchair-accessible apartments with private courtyard gardens.
