Project Overview
AURA Architecture transformed an early-1900s Wandsworth property into a six-bedroom family home after feasibility work tested an alternative five-apartment development strategy.
Design & Planning Strategy
The completed scheme extends the basement, first floor and loft, introduces a garden studio and reorganises the accommodation around light, generous reception spaces and high-quality private rooms.
Development Value & Outcome
The project was completed in early 2024 and received the Best Luxury Home Development Award 2024 (London).
