Project Overview
Ambleside is a new-build residential development on a constrained Streatham site, designed to provide four homes with strong private and communal amenity.
Design & Planning Strategy
AURA Architecture worked through multiple pre-application and planning submissions with Lambeth Council. An initial six-unit approach was refined in response to planning feedback before permission for four units was secured in December 2020.
Development Value & Outcome
Ground-floor homes have private gardens and communal amenity, while upper homes are split-level duplexes with vaulted living spaces and roof terraces.
