Design & Planning Strategy

AURA Architecture reviewed an already consented scheme to identify further opportunities, improving the new houses from one-bedroom to two-bedroom homes and incorporating unused roof space within the office conversion.

Development Value & Outcome

The published case study records approximately £250,000 of additional value and around £50,000 of build-cost savings through layout changes.
